We collect information you provide when using DemandPay.co, including: your name, email address, and mailing address; details about your dispute (names, amounts, dates) that you enter to generate a demand letter; payment information processed securely by Stripe (we do not store card numbers); and the recipient's name and address for certified mail delivery.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to: generate and deliver your demand letter; process payments; send your letter via USPS Certified Mail if selected; communicate with you about your order; improve our Service; and comply with legal obligations.
3. Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share your information only with: Stripe for payment processing; Lob for USPS Certified Mail delivery; AI service providers (Anthropic) for letter generation; and as required by law or legal process. All third-party providers are bound by their own privacy policies and data protection agreements.
4. Data Retention
We retain your letter content and order information for up to 12 months to allow you to access your documents. Payment records are retained as required by law. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting support@demandpay.co.
5. Cookies and Analytics
We use essential cookies for site functionality. We may use analytics tools to understand how visitors use our site. We use advertising pixels (Google Ads, Meta) to measure the effectiveness of our advertising. You can opt out of tracking by using your browser's privacy settings or an ad blocker.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information. All data transmission is encrypted via HTTPS. Payment processing is handled by PCI-compliant providers. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
