By accessing or using DemandPay.co ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Service Description

DemandPay.co is an automated document generation platform that helps users create demand letters. The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate letter content based on information you provide. We also offer optional USPS Certified Mail delivery through third-party services.

3. Not a Law Firm

DemandPay.co is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. The documents generated are for informational purposes and to assist you in creating correspondence. We do not guarantee any legal outcome. You should consult with a licensed attorney for legal advice specific to your situation.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of all information you provide. You agree not to use the Service for fraudulent, harassing, or illegal purposes. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are solely responsible for any letters sent through our platform.

5. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in US Dollars. Once a letter has been generated and delivered to you (via download or email), the service is considered rendered. For certified mail orders, once the letter has been submitted to USPS for mailing, refunds are not available for the mailing portion. Contact support@demandpay.co for refund inquiries on undelivered orders.

6. Intellectual Property

The demand letters generated by our Service are yours to use as you see fit. The DemandPay.co platform, branding, design, and underlying technology remain our intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of our platform without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DemandPay.co shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
